Every lease/ permit record created in the LandnMore system includes cost per acre, bonus cost, associated expenses cost (brokers day rate and expenses) and a grand total of all of these amounts. The grand total allows a user to view how much is being spent to obtain each lease/ permit. In addition to that, the Lease Manager also provides reporting capability to view costs on a user basis, county basis, or even a prospect basis.
